Nervous System Regulation Through Heart Frequency | Lindsay Goodwin & Daniel Zavrel

By Lindsay Goodwin, The Consciousness Medium™ & Founder of High Frequency Mind™

Can the heart become an entry point for regulating your nervous system, shifting your frequency, and reconnecting with your inner knowing?

When the mind is moving quickly, most people try to think their way back into balance. They analyze the feeling, search for an explanation, or attempt to replace an uncomfortable thought with a better one. Yet transformation does not happen through thought alone. The body must be able to receive and sustain the state the conscious mind is trying to create.

In Episode 20 of the High Frequency Mind™ Podcast, Lindsay Goodwin speaks with Daniel Zavrel, founder of Consciouz and creator of the ConsciouzScan, about nervous system regulation, heart-focused breathing, awareness, intuition, and the relationship between emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing.

Their conversation moves beyond the idea that a high-frequency life means remaining positive at all times. Instead, it reveals a more embodied understanding: awareness allows you to recognize what your thoughts, emotions, and body are communicating, while nervous system regulation creates the inner space to respond consciously.

Conversation Highlights: Lindsay Goodwin and Daniel Zavrel

The full episode is a wide-ranging conversation about awareness, the body, heart frequency, intuition, and whole-person wellbeing. The following summaries describe the conversation; read the timestamped transcript below for the original dialogue.

Does awareness come before consciousness?

Lindsay’s question, summarized: When you speak about consciousness, do you also see awareness as part of that process—including awareness of the body, thoughts, emotions, and patterns?

Daniel’s response, summarized: “I think awareness might even come before consciousness, because you need to be aware to become conscious.” Daniel explains that recognizing what you are thinking or feeling creates an opportunity to understand the pattern and choose how you want to respond.

What does the ConsciouzScan explore?

Lindsay’s question, summarized: How does the ConsciouzScan help someone better understand what may be happening across the different layers of their wellbeing?

Daniel’s response, summarized: "The ConsciouzScan is a personalized, technology-based wellbeing tool that explores patterns involving the body, mind, emotions, energy, stress, meridians, nutrition, and other areas. It emphasizes information around energetic patterns rather than to provide a medical diagnosis.

Why is the heart an entrance to a higher-frequency state?

Lindsay’s question, summarized: The heart feels like the epicenter of the human experience—the place where the soul and the human meet. How do you understand the heart’s role in nervous-system regulation and frequency?

Daniel’s response, summarized: “The heart is actually always the entrance.” Here is a heart-focused practice: place your attention on the heart, breathe slowly for approximately five seconds in and five seconds out, and invite in a quality such as courage, safety, gratitude, or inner power.

What are the three forms of intuition?

Lindsay’s question, summarized: How can people begin recognizing intuition and learning to trust what they know within themselves?

Daniel’s response, summarized: There are three forms of intuition: intuition developed through experience, energetic intuition that senses the quality of a person or environment, and non-local intuition—when “you know something without knowing why you know it.” Self-trust strengthens when people learn to notice these signals instead of automatically dismissing them.

What would you leave listeners with?

Lindsay’s question, summarized: What final invitation would you offer someone who is having a difficult time or feels trapped in an overactive mind?

Daniel’s response, summarized: “Go to the heart. Breathe through the heart.” His closing message is an invitation to return attention to the heart and allow the breath to support a more connected internal state.

Nervous System Regulation Begins With Awareness

Before you can consciously change a pattern, you must be able to perceive it.

Daniel describes awareness as the doorway into consciousness. A thought may be moving through the mind, an emotion may be shaping the body, or a familiar action may be creating the same result, but the pattern remains automatic until it becomes visible. The moment you can witness what is happening, you are no longer completely fused with it.

This is one of the central teachings within High Frequency Mind™. Awareness does not require you to immediately fix, judge, or transcend your experience. It allows you to recognize the difference between the consciousness observing the pattern and the conditioning repeating it.

The nervous system participates in this process. When the body senses threat, uncertainty, or emotional activation, it may move toward protection before the conscious mind understands why. The breath changes. The muscles tighten. Attention narrows. A familiar story may begin to repeat. These responses are not evidence that the body is working against you. They are information.

Regulation begins when you can meet that information with presence. Instead of forcing yourself into a different feeling, you become curious about the state you are already in. That pause creates a space between reaction and choice.

Why the Heart Can Be an Entry Point Into Regulation

In the episode, Daniel invites listeners to place their attention on the heart and breathe slowly, using an even rhythm of approximately five seconds in and five seconds out. He describes the heart as an entrance into a more coherent and regulated state.

There is a physiological foundation beneath part of this practice. Breathing and cardiovascular rhythms interact with the autonomic nervous system, which helps coordinate mobilization, rest, recovery, and adaptation. Heart rate variability, or HRV, refers to changes in the time intervals between heartbeats. Rather than behaving like a rigid metronome, a healthy heart continually adapts within a larger network of regulatory systems.

Slow, comfortable breathing can influence these rhythms and may support relaxation, emotional regulation, and greater awareness of the body. The spiritual language of heart frequency and the physiological language of cardiorespiratory regulation are not identical, but they can illuminate different dimensions of the same human experience.

This is where the conversation becomes especially meaningful. Returning to the heart is not simply a command to “think positively.” It is an invitation to bring awareness into the body, soften the speed of the mind, and create enough internal space to recognize what is present.

Heart Frequency Is Not About Performing Positivity

The phrase “high frequency” is often reduced to the appearance of positivity. That interpretation can disconnect people from the honest intelligence of anger, grief, fear, disappointment, or uncertainty.

A High Frequency Mind™ is not a mind that never experiences a difficult emotion. It is a conscious navigator capable of recognizing the emotion without allowing it to unconsciously become identity, destiny, or the only available truth.

Daniel speaks about learning to feel rather than living entirely in the analytical mind. An emotion carries movement, sensation, information, and often an invitation. It may reveal that a boundary has been crossed, a relationship needs attention, a choice is no longer aligned, or an old experience is still shaping the present.

When a feeling is suppressed, it does not necessarily disappear. When it is witnessed and allowed to move through the body, its deeper message may become more accessible. This is not the same as making every physical symptom mean that a particular emotion caused it. It is an exploration of the relationship between emotional experience, body awareness, behavior, stress, and wellbeing.

The invitation is not to bypass the shadow in pursuit of a higher state. It is to become conscious within the full spectrum of the human experience. That is how the frequency changes from within rather than becoming another performance for the outside world.

What Is the ConsciouzScan?

Daniel Zavrel is the creator of the ConsciouzScan, which he describes as a quantum-based, personalized wellbeing tool. During the conversation, he explains that the scan is used to explore patterns involving the body, mind, emotions, energy, stress, nutrition, meridians, chakras, and other aspects of holistic wellbeing.

Daniel presents the ConsciouzScan as a way to make previously unseen patterns more visible so that a person can become more aware of their choices, habits, emotional experiences, and relationship with the body. He shares examples from his work with individuals, leaders, and elite athletes and describes how the information may be used within a broader wellbeing conversation.

The deeper bridge to High Frequency Mind™ is awareness. A technology, intuitive perception, physical sensation, or reflective practice can offer information, but information alone does not create self-mastery. Transformation begins when information becomes conscious relationship and aligned action.

The ConsciouzScan is discussed in this episode as a wellbeing tool. It is not presented as a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Health concerns and symptoms should be discussed with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

The Body Is Communicating, Not Betraying You

One of the most powerful reframes in this conversation is that the body is not an obstacle to consciousness. It is part of consciousness expressed through human form.

Many people have learned to relate to the body only when something feels wrong. They override fatigue, disconnect from emotion, ignore intuitive signals, and continue performing until the body becomes impossible to ignore. Then the symptom is treated as an interruption rather than communication.

Embodied awareness asks a different question: What is my body inviting me to notice?

This question does not require you to reject science, medicine, or appropriate care. It expands the conversation. It allows the physical, emotional, subconscious, energetic, relational, and environmental dimensions of experience to be considered together rather than separated into unrelated parts.

Lindsay brings nearly two decades of experience in natural medicine and the mind-body relationship into this part of the dialogue. From the perspective of acupuncture and East Asian medicine, the body has never been viewed as a collection of isolated systems. Patterns are understood through relationship, movement, function, and the whole person.

The future of wellbeing may not require choosing between the measurable and the intuitive. It may invite a more conscious relationship with both.

Moving From the Overactive Mind Into the Heart

An overactive mind often tries to create safety through prediction. It reviews what happened, anticipates what could go wrong, and searches for the perfect answer before allowing movement. This can feel productive because there is so much mental activity, yet activity is not always clarity.

Returning attention to the heart and breath interrupts the momentum of repetitive thought. It brings awareness out of abstraction and into direct experience. You begin to notice the pace of the breath, the sensation of the chest, the feeling beneath the story, and the difference between urgency and truth.

This is not about abandoning intellect. The mind is an extraordinary instrument. The shift occurs when thought is no longer treated as the only form of intelligence available to you.

Your body carries information. Your emotional experience carries information. Your intuition carries information. The conscious mind can listen, discern, and choose how to respond.

If you often struggle to tell the difference between a protective thought and a deeper signal, continue with Intuition vs. Anxiety: How to Tell the Difference and Trust Your Inner Knowing.

Three Forms of Intuition

Daniel describes three forms of intuition in the episode: experience-based intuition, energetic intuition, and non-local intuition.

1. Intuition Through Experience

Experience-based intuition develops through deep familiarity. A person who has spent years within a profession may recognize a pattern before consciously identifying every detail that informed the recognition. Knowledge has become embodied enough to arrive as an immediate sense.

This form of intuition does not oppose expertise. It is expertise moving faster than linear explanation.

2. Energetic Intuition

Energetic intuition involves sensing the atmosphere, emotional tone, or energetic quality of a person, place, or situation. You may enter a room and feel expansion, contraction, harmony, or incongruence before anyone speaks.

The analytical mind may later identify visible reasons for the feeling, but the body often registers subtle information first.

3. Non-Local Intuition

Non-local intuition is the experience of knowing something without understanding how you know it. There may be no obvious chain of evidence, yet the signal arrives with clarity and remains present.

This form of intuition asks for a profound relationship with self-trust. It also requires discernment. Not every urgent thought is intuitive guidance, and not every uncomfortable feeling is a warning. Learning your own intuitive language happens through observation, reflection, and lived experience.

Lindsay shares how she sensed something was wrong on the morning she was robbed at gunpoint in 2017. She did not know what would happen, but the signal was present. The experience later deepened her understanding of consciousness, pure awareness, and the ways intuitive information can move through the body before the mind has a logical explanation.

Intuition is not merely an abstract spiritual ability. It is a relationship with the intelligence already moving through you.

The Heart as the Epicenter of the Human Experience

During the conversation, Lindsay describes the heart as the epicenter of the human experience, the place where the soul and the human meet.

This understanding reaches beyond a symbolic instruction to “follow your heart.” It suggests that the heart is both physical and spiritual, participating in the rhythms of the nervous system while also becoming a center through which love, grief, courage, intuition, connection, and inner truth are experienced.

Across spiritual traditions, the heart has been portrayed as a doorway to the divine within. Lindsay reflects on the Sacred Heart and the teaching that the kingdom of heaven is within you. From this perspective, returning to the heart is a remembrance. What you are seeking is not always somewhere outside of you. It may already be communicating through the consciousness, sensations, and knowing you have been taught to override.

The heart does not ask the mind to disappear. It asks the whole being to come into relationship.

A Heart-Focused Practice From the Episode

Daniel offers a simple practice for moments when you feel mentally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself:

  1. Place a hand over the center of your chest.
  2. Bring your attention to the area of the heart.
  3. Breathe slowly and comfortably, allowing the inhale and exhale to become even.
  4. Imagine the breath moving through the heart area.
  5. Ask yourself which supportive quality you need more of in this moment, such as courage, safety, compassion, gratitude, or inner strength.
  6. Allow that quality to become a felt experience rather than only a word.
  7. Notice what changes without forcing a particular result.

The purpose is not to deny what you were feeling before the practice. It is to create a wider internal field in which the feeling, the body, and your deeper awareness can communicate.

Move gently and stop if slow breathing makes you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or unwell.

Key Takeaways

So if you want to know how to move from a low frequency instantly to a high frequency, the heart is actually always always the entrance. So if you touch the heart, that's what we call heart focus. And then you breathe through the heart, like five seconds in, five seconds out, this will balance the autonomic nervous system. And then ask yourself which positive feeling would I would I like to have a little bit more of?

0:26 — Lindsay Goodwin

Welcome back to High Frequency Mind for episode 20. And I'm Lindsay Goodwin, the consciousness medium. And today I'm joined by Daniel Zavrel for a powerful conversation about nervous system regulation and its frequency. And we explore the relationship between the body, consciousness, and our ability to hold a new energetic state. Because transformation isn't only about changing your thoughts, it's also about helping your body feel safe enough to receive, embody, and sustain what your deeper self already knows. Let's begin. Welcome, Daniel. How are you?

1:13 — Daniel Zavrel

Well, I'm very well, Lindsay was looking forward to this uh podcast, and thank you so much for having me.

1:20 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, absolutely. Well, we're gonna dive into some really great uh information. I'm so excited to bring this to the listeners, your wisdom and knowledge, and really what you're doing to help people on so many different levels. And so why don't you tell us a little bit about what consciousness scan is and how you got into this work?

1:40 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, so um yeah, it's called the ConsciouzScan, actually, because I think consciousness is yeah, key to our growth. I know that this Professor Kumar says whether you've win or lost, the only thing what really matters is growth. And you can speed up your growth by speeding up your consciousness. And so then people ask me, yeah, but what exactly is consciousness? It's not that hard. It's becoming aware of what you are thinking, for example. Is the thought you're having at this moment, is it helpful? Is it uplifting? Is it is it really contributing to your life? The feeling you are having, is it really the feeling you want to have, or what can you do to maybe transform it, neutralize it, or live it? Or the actions you are doing now and the results you are having of those actions, and when you become conscious, you you just can accelerate your growth very much. And the conscious can when I started my company conscious. I wanted to have consciouz.com, but with an S. The normal English word was already, yeah, was reserved by um a website. Nobody has the website, but it costs you a lot of money if you would take that domain name. So I changed it to conscious with a Z. So it has a little playful element, and then the ConsciouzScan with a Z is a very advanced quantum uh technology-based body-mind scan, which was developed first for Stanford University for elite forces, but it was during the Cold World War when the Russians there was a lot of spionage, contrast spionage between the US and then the USSR, and so they um took it actually over and um also developed it for their cosmonauts, the Russians, because it's very, very costly, let's say, to uh get a cosmonaut out of space with, for example, a lung disease or whatever, or with the with the flu. So they wanted the technology which could already detect the bioenergy field and disturbances it before it materializing into a disease. And yeah, the the interesting thing about Russia is that half of their face is directed to Europe, and let's say to Germany, the Netherlands, France, Scandinavia, and the other half of the face is pointed to the east, to China and to India. So they have this influences of both uh of both um yeah societies, and that's why they have a lot of uh Nobel Prize winners, also in the field of medicine, and so they develop this technology and they are very open. They realize that we don't only have a physical body, but we have seven bodies, like it's also in the yoga. I'm also a yoga teacher, yeah, and a Yenga yoga teacher. So, from a yoga point of view, we have the physical body, we have our ethereal body, which is also being used with acupuncture, we have our emotional body where all the emotions are stored, we have our intellectual body with our beliefs and thoughts, then we have the astral body when you fall asleep, you fall in the astral body. It's what, for example, dogs and cats can look into when they could see like a diseased person, and then you have the ananda body, which is the ecstatic body. Like let's say when a person has an orgasm, you enter that that ecstatic body, which in essence you are bliss, and then you have the causal body, which is the oneness with everything, and so all together is what they call the bioenergy field, and all and it works with energy, frequency, vibration, and information. And so, from quantum perspective, everything is energy and information, and so let's say you you measure a liver with my ConsciouzScan, it has a healthy frequency on 4.9 hertz. But let's say people has uh some person has big problems and tends to drink uh like uh two to three uh whiskies on a day, and that during five days a week, and the person comes to me and I will scan the person, and his liver is in high stress because of this alcohol, and then the information is distorted of the liver, and the the healthy frequency is distorted by the information of the alcohol and the stress it is, and so everything has a certain frequency, and that's all mathematics. You can compare the measured frequency of the liver of the person with a huge database which was developed in 50 years' time. Millions and millions and billions have been invested into that, and after the wall fell in the USSR, it came to Germany, and the Germans medically certified it. So, in the end, I'm working with German technology, but so uh and that's called spectrography. You measure a frequency, for example, this liver of the person, and you compare it with a database, and for example, and then the technology says, Hey, this person has a fatty liver or has suppressed anger or suffers from 5G radiation or has this virus or um needs this kind of food or has a lack of magnesium, so it's very broad. Um, it's psycho-emotional databases, it's nutritional databases, 100% personalized. That's why I also work with top athletes here in the Netherlands. So I've, for example, worked with PSV, which is one of the top uh soccer teams here in the Netherlands, and we were like uh three three times in a row the DIS champion, and I've scanned all the players with it, and uh so because we we also can calculate this personalized food, so it's very exciting. Um, and I'm introducing this in the US right now, and so I'm really, really excited uh also to help a lot of uh people in the US. My mission is to contribute to strongly contribute to health and well-being.

7:27 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, well, this is wonderful, Daniel. I mean, there's so many levels to this layers that I'm just so curious and asking you so many questions. First of all, when you say consciousness, are you also do you feel that awareness would be another way of looking at this? Um, because when I think of like thoughts, and uh we were talking about the high frequency mind, and I use the word awareness a lot. Do you think that would you agree that when you say consciousness, that you're also referring to people having awareness maybe about their bodies and and maybe thoughts they have and things like that?

8:03 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, I think that's a great point. And even think uh awareness might even become before consciousness, because you need to be aware to get conscious. If you are aware, hey, I'm I'm angry now for two hours, then you become conscious, and maybe you also become conscious of the reason why you are angry. So I think that awareness might might even be first.

8:30 — Lindsay Goodwin

Mm-hmm. I love that, and it's so interesting because you have this amazing technology, and I'm such a believer in it. Obviously, I wouldn't have you on the show if I didn't believe in this. So, but there are, you know, if we just think of Eastern philosophy and acupuncture, uh, you had mentioned acupuncture, and so meridians, obviously, you know about the meridians in the body that connect with not just acupuncture, but there's other philosophies in that too. Um but as a licensed acupuncturist, I can tell frequency-based uh by someone's pulse, for example, and what's going on in their body. So there's been so many different ways, even if we don't have technology where we can actually tell what is connected to different organs in the body. And so 5,000 years ago, how you know the original acupuncturist in China or wherever it came from, we don't really know. Um, somewhere in the east, um, that how did they know this? It's very interesting. So um, but what like I guess I'm curious, like, what would be the most successful case that you've ever seen? Like, give us a story of maybe a client that you worked with, or maybe just a case study that you've worked with, um, where you have seen quite a transformation where someone maybe um learned about their awareness and learned about their consciousness and did this uh work with you and was able to really turn around um maybe what was going on in their life.

10:11 — Daniel Zavrel

Sure. Yeah, so uh I I don't even think that working with top athletes is the best example because they are already high performers, and when you really train them mentally well, and so I wouldn't mention that, but um yeah, so there are so many, many examples. But I remember one case, a man who had a narcissistic mother, and I was just talking about the liver, and I scanned him, and uh, like his stomach was very good, his kidneys were very good, his lungs were pretty well, his brain, but his liver was really had such a big energy loss, and it was so stressed, and it lost so much energy. And then um, yeah, the database showed that he was angry on his mother, and then he started crying, and he became uh half crying, half angry, and he said, Yeah, I have I had a very narcissist mother, and he treated her so bad. And um, yeah, to make a long story short, so I asked him to do a forgiveness exercise, and he did that for three weeks. And I always say, Yeah, forgiveness is like like the highest, one of the highest leagues of spirituality because it's very hard for almost everybody for me. But he did it, and I I find it terribly, terribly difficult, uh like uh visualizing his mother and then forgive her. But finally, and sadly he did, and then after three weeks he came back. I scanned his liver, and it looked like a sun. It was totally balanced and it was totally sunny, and um, yeah, and he his eyes were shining and he was radiating and he was so grateful. Um, yeah, so sometimes it can be very, very easy. It could also be other surprising things, like um, I've scanned a man with heart problems, and he went to all kinds of hospitals, and I just scanned him, and I saw a huge uh 3G, 4G, and 5G uh electromagnetic radiation from phones. And then I asked him, By any means, do you wear your phone in your jacket? Like uh like a phone, and he said, Yeah, and imagine, yeah, you have your uh your manual, you were obliged to wear he was obliged to wear a suit in his firm, was a very corporate environment. I mean, I don't know, remember like an accountant or something, and he wore it in his jacket, and then you put the jacket like this, you see. Yeah, it where does it go? It goes on the heart, and the scan showed his heart full of stress, and it showed 5G, but the hospitals couldn't find anything. So then I asked him, please uh can you remove your phone and don't wear it on your body? And he was kind of skeptical because he was yeah, kind of in his left brain, and but he thought he saw it on the screen as well, and with a very high probability. So he came to me and paid for it, so he said, Yeah, why not? And that's why he came to you. So he left it out, and only after two weeks he scanned him again, and the problem was solved. It was just high electromagnetic interference of the phone with his heart. And remember, if you make an ECG, what does it mean? An electrocardiogram, and your heart is electromagnetically, and uh, so if you interfere with a very strong device, not one hour, but like eight to ten hours a day, and then expect your heart liking that, that's not that's not such a good idea. And uh, so many people uh about awareness, for example, are so unaware of, for example, that simple fact that we are electromagnetic beings, and um and by so it could or sometimes it's very simple things or or like nutrition, that some uh a certain person thought, yeah, tomatoes are very good, uh very healthy. Yeah, and generally there's a lot of good stuff in tomatoes, like lycopene and stuff. But in the scan, tomato was very detrimental to her specifically. Wow, and uh then other vegetables and food, because you get it totally personalized. What's suitable, what's neutral, what's unsuitable, also vitamins, minerals, amino acids, it's 100% personalized. And so she left out the tomato, and her stomach really flourished after that. And so it can be very simple because everything is energy and information. If you have this huge database which is based on 50 years of research, and with billions and billions invested it for cosmonauts and elite forces, um why not make use of it? And that's what has become my mission because I can help so many people with it. In in like one hour, we can see like huge issues already. So I don't work as a doctor, but as a well-being coach. So I will not make a diagnosis, but all pathologies are in there. So I would more speak of a tendency or an energy disturbance or the patterns we are which are behind that.

15:27 — Lindsay Goodwin

Absolutely. And it, you know, that's something that we were going to talk about, and maybe this is a good time to mention it. It's really seeing the way that health, you know, the future of health and where it's really going. And so is it really about I find in in how I feel about it intuitively and also what I'm seeing in front, you know, as far as like what's currently going on, but also some of this is intuition too, that eventually people will not be looking as much towards like needing proof of something. It will be based on intuition that I feel that something is going on with my body. And it's not from a place of hypochondria, not that. It's it's in, you know, we're we're becoming more of embodied beings versus looking for uh external validation, external um, you know, not listening to our own inner knowing. And so people are getting much more in alignment with feeling uh more um inner knowing of that something's going on with my body. Um, I don't really know what. Uh, but maybe it's not that I need to have surgery or that I need to take a pharmaceutical. It's more that maybe I need to work on my energy, maybe I need to figure out what's going on in my subconscious mind, my awareness, um, what's going on with frequency, because everything does have frequency. And you mentioned that that we're frequency beings, and every cell in your body is a frequency and it's coming together to create this big physical body that we have. Um, so everything is down to the just the atoms and it's all frequency. And so it makes sense. I think so many people, no matter where you are in the world on this earth, are getting much more curious about this. So, do we really need so much of the doctors anymore? I I think we're going into the future of people looking more for people that can help guide them to their own uh inner knowing and their own power within themselves. And that's essentially what you and I both are doing is we're really guiding people to their own understanding of their own frequency and in their bodies, which is great.

17:40 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, absolutely. And yeah, you know that I think uh it's actually um death by doctor, as they call it, uh, by medicines. I think it's like the third cause of death, it's amazing, yeah. But some say it's actually should be the first because heart diseases are also uh many times caused by medicines, and uh so I'm not saying that there aren't good things about medicine. Like, for example, two weeks ago I had an ear inflammation, and I was very happy to have some antibiotic drops. Took me still a week, uh, and when you have a headache, it's nice sometimes to have a painkiller at that time. So, um, yeah, you have this uh medicine uh of this uh guy uh who wrote the book Your Brain is Medicine and uh was a French psychiatrist, so Fern Schreiber. He worked with uh Tibetan doctors who were both uh Western doctors and Tibetan doctors, and then he asked them, so when do you use the Western approach? When you do you use the eastern approach, and so well, when things are acute, like for example, with my air inflammation, then generally we tend to use the western approach, uh, for example, antibiotics. And um, but when some things are chronic, like migraine or uh other diseases, then they would use their Tibetan because then they will look more holistically at the problem, or acupuncture, as you just mentioned there from the traditional Chinese medicine, which is 5,000 years old, or the Ayurvedic approach, which is 5,000 years old, and you you were talking about the pulse and you the the tongue, uh, emotions, thoughts, everything. Um, nutrition. Like an average doctor gets not more than one hour education in nutrition. It's unbelievable. And I think almost everybody knows how how strong the relation between bodily and mentally and emotionally health and your nutrition is. You are what you eat, that's being said here in Europe. Um, yeah, so I think that's that's there's nothing wrong uh with a western approach for certain causes, uh, but I think we have to take off the arrogance in the West that we know how to cure, we because we don't. But when we team up with the East, then we have an unbeatable team, because then we are very good in symptoms, acute things, but also chronic things. And uh if we but it's because of the commercial thinking behind it, it's quite hard, and it's that's such a big shame. That that people should be should be put first. I think that in China, even uh, doctors are being paid by how the more empty the room is, the waiting room, the more they get paid, because then they're doing a great job, don't they? Yeah, if you absolutely.

20:30 — Lindsay Goodwin

In fact, I saw a woman on TikTok that actually was living in China and she was taking videos, like she made a video of that she went, she had a fever or something, and um how inexpensive it was like $36 in US dollars to actually go to the doctor. Um, because they don't they're they're in the business to make people healthy. It's they're not they're in fact, it's not a business. I I feel that this is absolutely my opinion, but and of course I agree. I I'm very integrative with science. I believe there's wonderful um medicine can do, uh advanced, you know, modern medicine can do wonderful things. Uh definitely agree. I'm not I'm not in that place either where I don't say it it isn't wonderful uh when it's appropriate. But we're if you if you want to be a doctor, uh think about that you're in you're in the business to help people, not to make this huge profit. And um, I think that that's um it it it it's concerning and not going down this rabbit hole too much um on this episode because that's not what we're talking about, but just kind of briefly, um it's we we do this this. I I don't really like the word work. I like the word mission. Um, we do this mission because we're here to help people. And obviously, it's important to be able to make a living. You need to take care of your family, you need to pay your bills and things like that. But the universe will always take care of you if you're following your path. Anyway. So if your passion is to care for people and to help people to be able to feel well and to feel in alignment with themselves and to be in a place of happiness and to feel powerful and uh that they have control of their lives and things like that, it's not about money first. It's about actually doing that, like helping people to actually uh to to feel in control of their life. And so I feel a lot of medicine unfortunately isn't that way. It's trying to disempower people and put them in a position where they feel like they don't have control. They don't know about their bodies, they don't know um how to understand how their mind works and their thoughts and things like that and having the awareness. And so that's why we're here and so many other wonderful practitioners that are really providing um that empowerment to help people understand that they have a lot more control than they think they do. So it's wonderful.

23:01 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, and I saw this American document system in uh in America, it's was being hijacked um by amongst others the the Rockefeller family because they were big in oil, and then um it was such a fascinating documentary, and it said about 130 years ago, America had such a beautiful health system based on herbs, and it was very, very difficult to become a doctor at that time, and people really got healed uh uh when there were chronic things, and then slowly but steadily it was being taken over, and it was switched to a pharmacy because the pharmaceutics is based on oil, and uh, then also the education system uh was transformed by those, and everything what was holistical and was was left out, and so and this is this brought us to the situation right now, which and I think but now we are living in a time like you are doing yourself, and so a big cheers to you, uh Lindsay, a big shout out to you, and like programs and podcasts like yourself are doing now, are growing in consciousness again that we can heal ourselves and each other, and that you yeah, have to look holistically, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. And then, of course, uh medicine can have its proper place in that spectrum, uh, but it's not the only thing, and what what they are doing now is excluding other things, like a holistic approach, and I think that's not a good way to go. And so if you uh embrace the yin and the yang, the east and the west, as just explained, it's not that hard.

24:40 — Lindsay Goodwin

Right, absolutely. Well, we have to we have to have that that polarity too, if we even think of uh awareness, you know, we have to go through things to understand something else, and and and that's really part of of I think understanding thyself is is having to go through, I don't really think of them as obstacles, but more like experiences. Like maybe you need to go through an experience like this where you have, we've talked a lot about the liver, and most populations have have imbalanced livers because of lots of different things, but a lot of it is emotional. Um, and you know, based on my experience. But um sometimes we have to go through things, like we may have a lot of anger, resentment towards something, and then we ask for answers, you know, from the universe through meditation, prayer, whatever you're using, uh, whatever you align with, give me answers, help me figure this out. And then here comes Daniel. Daniel shows up, you know, someone sees uh hears this podcast or uh sees you on another interview or comes across your website and then here's the universe answering what you've asked for. Oh, okay. Well, you want to learn more about how to be in the better version of yourself. Here's someone that is actually going to show you how to do that. But is that fun to go and find out that, oh wow, I'm creating, I'm creating this by continuing to hang on to this resentment. And that's why I maybe am having stomach issues because maybe my liver is not working as well as it could, and things like that. So um, you know, that when I talk about polarity, that's what I mean is that we can't always have things be light, you know, we have to go into the dark and we have to go into the shadow and we have to go into ourselves to be able to really find that power within, and that is the light, and that's the human experience. It's a constant rebirthing and dying, rebirthing and dying, rebirthing and dying. But when you get to know yourself, you get really good. And how do you do that through awareness, through consciousness? Um, it gets easier because it you you understand yourself, and so when you're going through a rebirth, it's easier to go through it um than it was when you were not aware.

26:56 — Daniel Zavrel

So, yeah, yeah, absolutely, absolutely.

27:00 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, and Daniel, thank you. Curious to know, is this based off of the chakra system?

27:07 — Daniel Zavrel

Uh you mean this technology, the ConsciouzScan? Um, it's the chakra system is also in there. Also, are the meridians, but actually all organs, right? So you scan the whole body, the brain, and to the even until the cell and the DNA level. So actually, all anatomical structures. Uh, you um theoretically, we can scan 90 billion points from the surface until the deepest levels of the body, and yeah, the chakras is also one of those, but also um what I said, pathologies, for example, or uh microorganisms are all in there, allopathy, um, homeopathy. So it's a very, very broad, extensive approach. So for um colors uh are there, herbs are there, so it's very, very broad.

27:56 — Lindsay Goodwin

Mm-hmm. That's amazing. And um we talked earlier about um the ConsciouzScan and how that really can is contributing to the high frequency mind. And obviously, this podcast is called the high frequency mind. So I'm curious to know like what do you mean by that?

28:16 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, um, so for me, um, when you follow the HeartMath Institute, um, they really have shown it. Uh, is that um when your heart, when you're experiencing an unpleasant emotion, and let's say uh sadness or depression, uh, at that time your heart becomes very incoherent. So the sympathetic and the parasympathetic branch of your autonomic surface nervous system, they oppose each other, and you get a very blurred, incoherent heart signal, and that signal travels from the heart through the pressure wave of the arteries to every cell in your body. That's a low frequency. So, on the scale of Hawkins, I think your listeners uh and viewers have heard about it, but you have this frequency scale of Hawkins, and then the lowest frequency is shame. Uh so when you feel ashamed, you're living a very low frequency, then guilt is also a very low frequency. Uh fear, but it's a little bit higher, has a little bit more energy than anger. And anger is kind of a transition point, and then comes courage. And when you have courage, you are fearful, but you act, you still act on it, and then you have the higher frequencies like like joy, and one of the highest frequencies is gratefulness, uh, and uh so all expressions of love, but actually gratefulness is one of the highest, and a feeling of unity. And so when you have uh experiencing a positive emotion, let's say uh gratefulness, immediately your heart becomes very coherent. So there's an immediate balance, yin and yang, between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, it travels through every cell, synchronizes your brain, and it really regenerates your whole body, and it will lift your frequency instantly. So, if you want to know how to move from a low frequency instantly to a high frequency, the heart is actually always always the entrance. So if you uh touch the heart, that's what we call heart focus, and then you breathe through the heart, like five seconds in, five seconds out, this will balance the autonomic nervous system, and then ask yourself which uh positive feeling would I would I like to have a little bit more of today? Well, for example, courage, and then you breathe in, courage when you breathe out, you relax in courage or safety or power or whatever you need, and it will instantly uh raise your frequency. And so if you step by step, and I very uh much love uh the approach of James Clear, uh atomic habits, one percent a day, and that you recognize your thinking. It's like, hey, is this thought helpful now? Is it really lifting me up? Is it feeling what I'm having now? Is it positive? Is it coherent? Is it helping me? And the action what I'm doing, and in the end, the results. And by reflecting on that, again, becoming conscious, and the conscious can help you. We can also see what are limiting beliefs currently, for example, which are certain disbalances behind organs, then you can start to transform it. It's not easy work, yeah. So it's to get to a high frequency mind, let's be honest, and not so many people like this, but it's the truth, it's kind of hard work as well. It's fun work because it's inner work, but it's um because there are so many things which will draw you back into a low frequency, and which things will make you angry, which will make you sad. So, but when you step by step learn to do it, then it goes quicker and quicker and quicker, and you can stay on a higher frequency longer and on and on, and of course, you will drop down. It's like two steps ahead, one step back. But over time, you will absolutely grow to a high frequency mind, and then you will start to lift the whole planet, because you will with your frequency, because a high emotion is stronger, like let's say a thousand times stronger than a low emotion, so then you will be this contagious person when you enter only a room without saying a word, you lift the frequency, and so when more and more people and we which I think your listeners are very conscious people, uh, and um so when we do this together, uh then we really can lift the frequency of the whole earth, and that's my personal opinion. I think a lot of souls have incarnated during this time, uh, which came from certain high dimensions where there was a high frequency, uh, to help the planet with this transitioning right now, and uh so actually the only job you have to do is manage your own frequency. It's it's a challenge, is it's it's big enough challenge, of course. Uh but it's uh and do it with healthy food, with because everything you feed yourself, so you feed yourself with positive emotion, you feed yourself with positive food, you feed yourself with positive actions, you feed yourself with positive discipline. And um, I'm not saying again it's easy, but it's fun, and step by step, if you see it as a fun game, like like a virtual reality game or something where you can go to a higher level every time, people like games, so why don't you like this game? It could be a really, really great game.

33:53 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, that's really interesting because it's so true. I mean, arcades are so huge, or yeah, you know, amusement parks, or you know, because it takes your mind away from just the the the the conditioning. I think of the high frequency mind as there's conditioning in there too. And that's a lot of why people um continue to be in these low frequencies, because they're not aware that that's not even them, um, that it's probably some conditioning or patterning that they picked up a long time ago. Um I often think of uh what were you like as a child? You know, what if you can remember back, you know, what were you interested in? Uh that that imagination, how kids are so fun. You have kids, you know how kids are. Um, they just have this amazing imagination and they can do anything. And I really think that's ultimately who we are. And then the conditioning gets picked up, and that's when the doubts come in, and and that's when you start um, you know, feeding into the trauma. You don't realize where it came from until you work with somebody that helps you um figure out, you know, it's like the the client that you had that had the narcissistic mom, things like that. Um, but yeah, it's it's I often talk about that too, playing the game um and getting to the next level. And I think that there's all these different earths going on. Uh, I think people think of new earth and they think of new planet. That's not what it is. It's it's a level of awareness that it's it's about understanding uh you you're living at a different frequency than maybe someone that is, and we go through the frequencies in one day you can go through them all, uh, depending on what's going on. But once you start having that awareness, oh, like I noticed I was thinking of something this morning and I had to stop myself because I have the awareness. Oh my gosh, this is the ego right now. This is conditioning and what's going on. Like, I'm not gonna feed into this. Let's think of something else. Um, and so having that awareness really helps you to not go into those lower frequencies, but you got to start from somewhere, and it does take practice, like you said, and it's not always fun um getting there. But then once you're there, it is it is fun because you can see the world from a very different perspective. And also it's almost like the world is like a masterpiece, like everything is somehow connecting together and you can see it happening and you don't feel entangled in it like you used to before you didn't have the awareness. So it is it is pretty interesting. But yes, totally agree with the high frequency. Exercise is not to try to look a certain way, it elevates your frequency. Uh, food that you're eating, it's it's not about external validation, it's that certain foods have have higher frequency than other foods. Um, who you're hanging around with, um, who you're even thinking about. Yeah, like are you thinking about old timelines of old uh traumas and and old relationships, and you're continuing to be tied to those the more that you're entangling yourself in them. So yeah, it's the the human mind is extremely powerful if you don't have an understanding of how to control it for sure.

37:15 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, and I think key is uh feeling uh in in the whole frequency um specter, and what I found, and I also um uh telling from my own experience is that um you we don't learn how to feel generally, and we learn thinking in university, um, but uh if you want to feel well, you really have to learn to feel yourself well. And I really had uh had my big yeah, a big big uh practice uh for myself to learn that because when I was from university, I was yeah, like a walking big hat, and I couldn't feel so well. So I really have learned to do that, and dealing with emotions and uh feelings is the hardest part because it can bring you in dark places. You can feel depressed and not seeing perspective at certain levels, and then have the guts to go in that feeling, yeah, breathe through it. That's what we call digesting a feeling, yeah, because in the end, the worst that can happen to you is that feeling in that moment, which can be dark, it can be heavy, it can be like uh you know, but still it's an emotion, an energy emotion. So it will reach a peak, and then it has used its energy. Maybe you're able to grasp its message, yeah, which it's a call for action. Maybe you have to change some things in your life, maybe another job, maybe you have to talk with your spouse about a certain issue with you, or maybe you have to do another hobby, or you have to move places or whatever, but there is a certain action uh asked, probably of the body, but that's the hardest to uh digest feelings, and that's what I also see in the ConsciouzScan is that especially in the duo duodenum, which is the part which comes after the stomach, that's the place where um you uh you also digest like food, it comes in the mouth, and you digest it and you let it go in the end by going to the toilet. Same with feelings, they come in the heart, they probably go through the stomach, they're being processed by the intestines, and you let it go um finally. But the whole thing is that we are so speeding up everything that people don't take the time to digest feelings and to breathe through it, and also to listen to what the body or the mind or whatever it's telling you, and if you pass that that dimension, and then you will enter into a higher frequency mind much easier because that's key.

40:02 — Lindsay Goodwin

Absolutely well, well stated, and it is just as you're talking about the heart, I keep thinking about Jesus, and I by no means am a Christian, but I do uh get guided by that energy often uh through dreams and uh visions. Um nice, but it's really interesting, and I know you have a lot of stories of different guides you've had too um throughout your experience. Um, but it's very interesting because my interpretation of the sacred heart is I I'm very into symbolism, and I think a lot of symbolism has actually been manipulated uh to get people to think of it in a different way than it actually truly is. Um, and when I feel that Jesus, Yeshua, whatever you want to call that person that lived during that time frame, um, that he knew things about what we're talking about, about awareness, consciousness, uh kingdom of heaven is within you. It's not outside of you, it's not a destination, it's already there. You just have to know it's there, you have to align with it, stop focusing on the external world. You're here for, you know, we could go on and on about the details of this, but um, the sacred heart, I believe, is actually what you're talking about, is that Jesus knew that everything connects to the heart. Everything. Yeah. Like you're uh like I call it the epicenter of the human experience. And what I mean by that is the soul and the human connect at the heart. And so it's really listening to the heart. And I know with heart math that there's it's just I feel that things are the same. It's just saying it in a different way. We're saying the same thing, we're just using different terminology to express what actually it's the same meaning. So it is quite interesting to think about that, that the heart really is the driver. I mean, it's electromagnetic, like you said. So we're frequency, like listening to the heart. And it's not like that cliche, oh, just listen to your heart. No, it's an actual like listen to your heart. Like that's where I believe that your soul is communicating, is through that electromagnetic uh frequency that goes on in the heart on a physical level, but on a spiritual level too.

42:20 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, sure. And it's uh electromagnetically, the heart is 5,000 times stronger than the brain. So it's it's a huge power center. And yeah, when you talk about listening to the heart and to intuition, uh, yeah, you have actually three forms of intuition. And um, the first one is intuition by experience. Let's say you are a real estate broker, you get a new house in your portfolio, and you sense already, ah, this will do like four or four hundred thousand dollars immediately. You know it because you've done it so much. That's intuition by experience. Then you have energetic intuition that you enter a house, for example, and let's say the same real estate broker he enters a house to sell, and he feels something is off in the energy there, and maybe some crime was done and he picks it up. That's an energetic intuition, and then you have non-local intuition is that you know something without knowing why you know it, you just know it. And it was actually the vice president of the Hartworth Institute told us in a lecture that he was when he was 20 years old, he they went out, and then it was like one o'clock at night, the bar was closing, and his friends wanted to go to another bar, which was like uh 20-20-minute drive, and everything told him, Don't step into that car. And he didn't know why, but it was like a total feeling, and so he said, Yeah, I'm not going with you. And of course, they were opposing, ah, come on, it's nice, and so but he he was no he he felt he he should not do it, so he didn't step into the car, and 10 minutes later, they drove. Of a cliff, and um unfortunately, all those three friends died 20 minutes of 10 minutes later. And uh, I have had a guy in the training, so we trained uh 60,000 Dutch police officers in the Netherlands in mental resilience and also with a scan, and he didn't step in uh into the MH 17, which was a flight which was uh uh shot down, or I I don't know exactly the what happened, but it crashed, and that's unbelievable because to be honest, when I'm sitting and waiting on a plane, and I'm I will step into that plane no matter what, because I've paid for it, I've done my I've worked, I've traveled so far to go to it, but he didn't, so he something felt really off for him. I'm I really have to applaud that guy because I I would have stepped in the plane, to be honest. Uh yeah, so but yeah, maybe not. Maybe I you don't you don't know, maybe when the feelings have gone so strong, I don't know. I've never experienced it that strong. So so maybe that would happen to him, and it's hard to say, but in my general condition, um yeah, I would applaud that guy because uh he didn't step into that plane.

45:19 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, that's really powerful. Yeah, you really have to trust yourself, and and that's um that's what I believe we're working towards uh in helping people understand more is trusting what's it within. And and just real quick, I when I was robbed at Gunpoint in 2017, I felt very like weird about that day in the morning. I did not want to go to work. Um, and I ended up going and I did not listen to my intuition. And I believe everything happens the way that it's supposed to. So I was supposed to be there because it's helped me understand consciousness more, just the infinite consciousness. I call it pure awareness. Um, and I without that experience, I wouldn't understand what I understand, what I experienced. But I had a feeling like I had felt sick literally that morning, and I did not want to get out of bed. And now I know in hindsight why, because I knew that something was gonna happen. Of course, I got away, you know, I I'm still here today, so I didn't lose my life. Like this story of these young men that you talk about, that the one um man did not get in the car and the other three had um passed away from the car crash from going off the cliff. But um, you know, it it is interesting how we can absolutely get messages of things and and how we won't listen. And sometimes I think experiences get like you said, experience. That's that's part of intuition too, is based on experience, too.

46:52 — Daniel Zavrel

So um Yeah, and it can save your life because I heard this story about uh well when I was working at the at the police, there was a story about uh aboriginal police officer in Australia. It was a fair, very famous story. So he got a message uh when he was driving in a car in the outbacks of Australia, and the radio was cranky, couldn't hear the the the yeah, well, what actually was uh was the crime being committed. So he only got an address. So he went to the house, couldn't find anything, was walking around the house, and then he saw um yeah, uh a very small um, let's say, how do you call it in English, where all the materials are stored and stuff, small garage or something.

47:36 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, yeah, small garage.

47:38 — Daniel Zavrel

So he walked to it, but then like two meters, two, three meters, everything uh in front of in front of the grass told him stop. And he stopped and everything and became very aware. And then he with a large stick, he opened the door, and then a huge snake, like a bubble constrictor, jumped out of it. And be but because he had enough distance, um, he was safe. And then he said, and it was not uh meant as discriminatory or something, but he said, My white colleagues would not have survived this because as an aboriginal, he was trained, literally trained in in following his gut feeling and his intuition. He was literally from child who was trained in that to listen to. So that will not say that his his white colleagues, I'm white myself, did not receive the message. They they they would have, but they would not have listened to listened to it, and so they were not properly generally. We are, and also I have I'm still learning, but we are generally still dominated by the left brain, and um so the heart brain and the belly brain, yeah, it's those are also brains, but uh yeah, I just love these stories of how how intuition uh can help. This and you have also this Sonia Shouquet, last story, and they and she and her husband bought a house, and it was her dream house, and they managed to buy it, and there were so many buyers, and then they uh even signed the contract, and then at night she suddenly woke up, said we're not gonna live in the house. And a man, her husband, freaked out. She said, And we did everything to get this house. We absolutely gonna live in this house. She said, No, we do not, we are not, we're gonna dismiss it tomorrow. And she did because she felt she had not had to do it, and literally one week later, the house was taken by a mudstream. Unbelievable. And she and again, she didn't know why she should not do it, but it was just a clear signal, and that's non-local intuition, like the like the Australian Aboriginal, like the hard mat person, it's non-local, and you don't know why it is, you just feel it. I find it still very hard, also. It's also a trading. I think generally, to be honest, women are better at it. It's kind of stereotype typical, but yeah, I think we we men, so also my wife, she just has a much better intuition. I have to be honest here than me. Yeah, she just has. She just has this huge, huge, great info intuition, and she actually always is right. Yeah, that's uh they they say women are always right, and I I think it is.

I love it. I'll have to tell my boyfriend that I love it. Um yeah, it's it's it's very this is part of the unknown. This is when people talk about going into the unknown and being comfortable with it. This is um, it's really interesting when I said that there was a black like portal that opened above your head. Um, I don't know if anyone else will see that watching the video, but I saw it. Um something opened above your head. Yeah, that was really interesting.

51:09 — Daniel Zavrel

Oh, you just saw that.

51:10 — Lindsay Goodwin

Yeah, yeah, it's very cool. Um but anyway, yeah, no, it's positive. No, no, no, no. I only see positive. I don't, I don't see it. Yeah, yeah. I I people often ask me that. I I've I I think I've done a really good job of building boundaries um with the spirit world of only being able to see what I want to see versus seeing things coming. I I think I have quite control over that. Um, but anyway, um this is part of the unknown, is really being comfortable with trusting when you don't have all the pieces and you might hear something or feel something, or obviously there's a lot of different Claire's uh abilities to um be able to communicate with energy, um, if we're thinking psychically. Um but yeah, it's we're just we're taught to not listen to that. We're taught to be more logical, more left brain, um, and not in the creative energies of the feminine energy. And it has nothing to do with being male or female, it just is an energy when we're talking about masculine or feminine energy. But the left brain is more masculine, the right brain is more feminine, and the feminine energy is more of the darkness, the mystery, um, the intuition, the unknown, and being comfortable. And it's interesting because you're wearing black today, which is also the feminine energy because that's the unknown. So you chose black, and we're talking about that.

52:36 — Daniel Zavrel

Um, but you are white, so we have a yin-yang.

52:39 — Lindsay Goodwin

55:12 — Daniel Zavrel

Yeah, I think that we we've talked about uh the heart, uh, and um the Buddha has said there's no way to happiness. Happiness is the way, and for me, it's always going back to the heart, breathe through the heart to find my happiness in a very short time back again and to live by frequency. So maybe that's a little invitation when people are having a hard time or too much in the head. Just go to the heart, breathe through the heart, and uh it will bring you back to a more pleasant feeling generally.

55:44 — Lindsay Goodwin

I love that. Thank you so much. Well, again, thank you so much for being on the show today.
